Article V of Constitution explains how to change it. Those procedures were never done. Four months after House of Representatives departed from Constitutional Requirement, Stock Market Crashed. October of 1929, the crash caused National Poverty for most. A small group of families made money when stock market crashed. Those families control United States Government. It's easy to Control. You just fill the Public Office Jobs with your family. That's what they did. Probably the biggest conspiracy since the 1963 murder of a United States President, TWA Flight 800 implicates Military Generals, Public Employees in the White House and Pentagon. The Navy and F.B.I. called FAA Radar Images fake. The Congress in Washington D.C. had a hearing wanting to know the truth. But they didn't want to hear testimony from people who saw it. They just wanted to hear from another Public Employee, the head of New York FBI who said no missiles were involved, the plane had mechanical failure and eyewitness were confused about what they saw. That's it. It's over. Public Employees have spoken. Doesn't matter what the general public saw or recorded. That's how they do it. One Public Employee just follows what another Public Employee says or writes. Thousands of People Saw the Missiles.
